Banana and Ginger jam
A very quick and easy jam to make with a few cheap ingredients.
1 kg of bananas
100 grams of ginger
800 g sugar
Preparation time : 30 mins. Conserves for about a year.
First peel the bananas and cut into very small pieces
Put half in a saucepan and cook with a little water until obtaining a very fine puree,
Peel and grate the ginger Bring to boil a large pot and then add the other ingredients.
Once cooked remove the pot from the fire and pour, still hot, into the jars and flip them over to cool before storing in a cool place and protected from light.
